Afghanistan’s journey in the tournament will commence on October 7 in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, where they will face Bangladesh in their opening match.

Afghanistan Cricket Team’s Full Schedule of ICC ODI World Cup 2023

Afghanistan ODI World Cup Schedule 2023: After playing in the first match against Bangladesh Afghanistan will compete against Pakistan in Chennai on October 23 and will take on Australia in Mumbai on November 7.
In the final league-round clash of the ODI World Cup 2023, Afghanistan will face South Africa on November 10 in Ahmedabad.

Despite making its debut in the ODI World Cup in 2015, Afghanistan has participated in only two tournaments thus far. Regrettably, they have yet to clinch the coveted ODI World Cup title.

The ODI World Cup 2023 will feature a total of 10 participating teams, out of which eight teams have already secured direct qualification. The remaining two spots will be determined through the ICC World Cup Qualifiers held in Zimbabwe.
