In 2022, the highest partnership ever against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) was recorded. The Sunrisers, batting first against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), scored a decent total of 189 runs with 6 outs in Pune.
However, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway of CSK made the chase look easy. They scored a massive 182 runs for the first wicket before Gaikwad was out just one run short of a century.
