Virat Kohli Joins Elite List of Players with Most 50+ Scores in ODIs

Indian batting maestro Virat Kohli has achieved yet another milestone in his illustrious career. The 33-year-old became the third player to score 112 50+ scores in ODIs, joining the legendary Sachin Tendulkar (154) and Kumar Sangakkara (118) in the elite list.

Kohli achieved the feat in the Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 match against Pakistan on September 11 at R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. He scored 57 runs off 58 balls before being dismissed by Shaheen Afridi.

Kohli’s 50+ scores have come at an average of 59.28 and a strike rate of 86.99. He has also scored 29 centuries and 11 half-centuries in ODIs.
