#1. 235/9 vs SRH, IPL 2021 – Highest Score

Mumbai Indians posted their highest ever T20 score of 235/9 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2021. Batting first after winning the toss, Mumbai got off to a flying start thanks to a quickfire 84 off 32 balls by Ishan Kishan. He smashed 11 fours and 4 sixes in his innings. Suryakumar Yadav also played a blazing knock of 82 off 40 deliveries, hitting 13 fours and 3 sixes.Together, Kishan and Yadav dismantled the SRH bowling attack, powering Mumbai Indians to 235/9 in their 20 overs. Jason Holder picked up 4 wickets for SRH but couldn’t prevent Mumbai from setting an intimidating total.In response, Sunrisers Hyderabad fell 42 runs short as they could only manage 193/8 in their 20 overs. Batting first, Kings XI Punjab posted 230/3 in their 20 overs. In response, Mumbai Indians got off to a flying start as openers Lendl Simmons (59 off 32) and Parthiv Patel (38 off 23) put on 99 runs in just 8.4 overs. After their dismissal, Mumbai suffered a collapse in the middle overs.However, Kieron Pollard led the counter-attack with a blistering unbeaten 50 off just 24 balls. #3. 219/6 vs CSK, IPL 2021 – 3rd Highest 

Batting first, Chennai Super Kings posted 218/4 in their 20 overs. In response, Mumbai Indians got off to a good start as openers Quinton de Kock (38 off 28) and skipper Rohit Sharma (35 off 24) put on 70 runs. Krunal Pandya also chipped in with 32 off 23 balls.However, the chase came alive when Kieron Pollard walked in. He played a sensational innings, smashing an unbeaten 87 off just 34 balls. #4. 218/7 vs DC, IPL 2010 – 4th Highest 

Batting first in 2010, Mumbai Indians posted 218/7 against Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals). Skipper Sachin Tendulkar led from the front with a blistering 63 off just 32 balls, including 11 fours.Middle-order batsman Saurabh Tiwary kept the momentum going with 61 off 37 deliveries, smashing 4 fours and 3 sixes.

Ambati Rayudu provided the finishing kicks with 34 off 21 balls.Thanks to these impactful knocks, Mumbai Indians put up a mammoth 218/7 in their 20 overs. In response, Delhi Capitals could only manage 120 all out in 16.5 overs as Mumbai won by a huge margin of 98 runs.

#5. 213/6 vs RCB, IPL 2018 – 5th Highest  

Mumbai Indians scored their fifth highest total in IPL history against Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2018. Though Mumbai lost their first two wickets on the very first two balls, they dominated the match.

Evin Lewis and captain Rohit Sharma shone for the team. They made a 108-run partnership for the third wicket. Lewis scored 65 runs off 42 balls. Rohit played a brutal knock of 94 runs from just 52 balls, hitting 10 fours and 5 sixes.

Thanks to their brilliant batting, Mumbai put up 213 runs after losing 6 wickets in their 20 overs. In response, RCB captain Virat Kohli remained unbeaten on 94 runs. But the rest of his team failed as RCB only managed 167 runs in their 20 overs.

#6. 212/6 vs RR, IPL 2010 – 6th Highest  

In IPL 2010, Mumbai Indians scored their 7th highest total against Rajasthan Royals. Mumbai’s top 5 batsmen together dominated the Royals bowlers.The real stars for Mumbai were Saurabh Tiwary and Ambati Rayudu.

Tiwary made 53 runs while Rayudu scored 55. In IPL 2017, Mumbai Indians scored their 6th highest total against Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals).Opening batsman Lendl Simmons shone for Mumbai, scoring 66 runs. His knock included 5 fours and 4 sixes. Kieron Pollard, batting at number 3, remained unbeaten on 63 runs from 35 balls.

Hardik Pandya provided a quickfire finish with 29 off 14.Thanks to their blazing batting, Mumbai put up a huge 212/3 in their 20 overs. In response, Delhi Capitals collapsed and were bowled out for just 66 runs. Mumbai won the match comfortably by 146 runs.

#8. 210/6 vs KKR, IPL 2018 – 8th Highest  

Batting first after winning the toss, Mumbai Indians posted 210/6 against Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2018. The innings was powered by Ishan Kishan who smashed a 21-ball 62, with 5 fours and 6 sixes. Skipper Rohit Sharma (36 off 31) and Ben Cutting (24 off 9) also made useful contributions.Thanks to Kishan’s whirlwind knock, Mumbai Indians put up an imposing total of 210/6 in their 20 overs.

#9. 209/5 vs DC, IPL 2013 – 9th Highest 

Batting first in IPL 2013, Mumbai Indians posted 209/4 against Delhi Daredevils. After losing openers Sachin Tendulkar and Ricky Ponting cheaply, Dinesh Karthik (86 off 48 balls) and Rohit Sharma (74* off 50 balls) steadied the innings with a 100-run partnership for the 3rd wicket.

Karthik played aggressively, smashing 14 fours and 2 sixes in his 86. Rohit remained unbeaten on 74, hitting 4 fours and 5 sixes. Thanks to their belligerent knocks, Mumbai Indians put up 209/4 in their 20 overs.
