#1. 246/5 vs RR, IPL 2024 – Highest Score

In the 2024 IPL season, Mumbai Indians (MI) achieved their highest-ever team total of 246/5 against Rajasthan Royals (RR). This outstanding batting performance highlighted MI’s offensive strength and set them up for a strong position to win the match.

#2. 235/9 vs SRH, IPL 2021

Mumbai Indians scored their second highest total of 235/9 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2021. Batting first after winning the toss, Mumbai started strong with Ishan Kishan’s quick 84 off 32 balls, which included 11 fours and 4 sixes. Suryakumar Yadav followed with a blazing 82 off 40 deliveries, hitting 13 fours and 3 sixes.

Kishan and Yadav tore apart the SRH bowling attack, helping Mumbai Indians reach 235/9 in their 20 overs. Although Jason Holder took 4 wickets for SRH, he couldn’t stop Mumbai from setting an intimidating total.

Kings XI Punjab batted first and posted a total of 230/3 in their 20 overs. In response, Mumbai Indians started strong with openers Lendl Simmons (59 off 32) and Parthiv Patel (38 off 23) putting on 99 runs in just 8.4 overs. However, after their dismissal, Mumbai’s middle order collapsed.

#6. 218/7 vs DC, IPL 2010

In 2010, Mumbai Indians batted first and scored 218/7 against Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals). Captain Sachin Tendulkar led with a quick 63 off 32 balls, hitting 11 fours. Middle-order batsman Saurabh Tiwary kept the momentum with 61 off 37 deliveries, smashing 4 fours and 3 sixes.

Evin Lewis and captain Rohit Sharma starred for the team. They built a 108-run partnership for the third wicket. Lewis scored 65 runs off 42 balls. Rohit played a powerful knock of 94 runs from just 52 balls, hitting 10 fours and 5 sixes.

Thanks to their brilliant batting, Mumbai put up 213 runs after losing 6 wickets in their 20 overs. In response, RCB captain Virat Kohli remained unbeaten on 92 runs. However, the rest of his team struggled, and RCB only managed 167 runs in their 20 overs.

In IPL 2010, Mumbai Indians scored their seventh-highest total against Rajasthan Royals. Mumbai’s top five batsmen dominated the Royals’ bowlers. Saurabh Tiwary and Ambati Rayudu were the real stars for Mumbai.

Tiwary made 53 runs while Rayudu scored 55. Thanks to their brilliant batting, Mumbai put up 212 runs after losing six wickets in their 20 overs. In IPL 2017, Mumbai Indians scored their sixth-highest total against Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals). Opening batsman Lendl Simmons shone for Mumbai, scoring 66 runs with 5 fours and 4 sixes. Kieron Pollard, batting at number three, remained unbeaten with 63 runs off 35 balls.

Hardik Pandya provided a quick finish with 29 off 14 balls. Thanks to their blazing batting, Mumbai put up a huge total of 212/3 in their 20 overs. In response, Delhi Capitals collapsed and were bowled out for just 66 runs. Mumbai won the match comfortably by 146 runs.

#10. 210/6 vs KKR, IPL 2018

Batting first after winning the toss, Mumbai Indians scored 210/6 against Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2018. Ishan Kishan powered the innings with a blistering 62 off just 21 balls, hitting 5 fours and 6 sixes. Skipper Rohit Sharma added 36 runs off 31 balls, and Ben Cutting contributed 24 off 9 balls.
