SRH's 125/0 against Delhi Capitals is the highest powerplay score in IPL history. The match was played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on April 20, 2024, and the Hyderabad openers completely changed the game in the first six overs.

Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma started aggressively and gave Delhi's bowlers almost no chance to settle. SRH reached 100 runs in only five overs, which was itself an IPL record at the time. Head was already on 84 from 26 balls at the end of the powerplay, while Abhishek had 40 from only 10 balls.
