Top 5 T20 Teams in 2022
Below is the list of Top 5 T20 Teams in 2022.
1- England
England is ranked first in the 2022 T20 Rankings. Eight of their previous twelve matches have been won during a winning streak of three matches. During an overseas tour, they swept South Africa and won two series against Australia and Pakistan. Having Jhony Bairstow and Alex Hales as opening batsmen is one of their strengths. Ben Stokes can perform whatever is required of him for England, which is extremely valuable to them.
Having a score of 7,786 points, England’s 2022 T20 rating is 278 points.
2- India
We didn’t have a great year in 2020 due to the pandemic, but India had a great cricket season. The Men Blue lost only one match out of eleven. An India 5-0 whitewash in England and Wales led to the T20 series. As well, India beat Australia and South Africa on overseas tours.

3- New Zealand
New Zealand has risen to the top under Kane Williamson’s captaincy. Recent T20 series against touring sides have been won at home. Having 6,048 points, they are ranked 3rd in T20 Rankings with a score of 263.
4. Pakistan
Although Pakistan dominated the ICC T20 rankings during 2018-19, they were ranked 4th in 2022. Seven different teams won the 11 games they played in 2020. Zimbabwe was Pakistan’s only win in 2020.

5-South Africa
South Africa is ranked 5th in the ICC Mens T20 Rankings for 2022. They won two out of nine matches in 2020. These two teams all played against top teams, including England, India, and Australia.
